Join our Customer Service Department and be a part of our growing company. This dedicated individual will be responsible for maintaining assigned customer accounts.
We’re looking for:
- Organized and detail oriented: Manage all inquiries from customers including order placement, merchandise returns,order forecasting, backorders, inventory and more.
- Follow through: Efficiently monitor all orders for on-time delivery
- Professional: Develop and maintain customer relationships, always striving for customer satisfaction.
- Quick Learner: Work daily with ERP inventory system, multiple warehouses and changing needs of our customers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience using an ERP
- Organized and efficient, with strong follow up skills
- Excellent communication (verbal/written)
- Highly organized with excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
